Sept. 14, 2004, the EnSite 3000 System, mapping and 3D land marking
system produced by ESI, USA, came into operation at the First Hospital
Affiliated to Zhong Shan University. It is the newest upgraded model
of the EnSite 3000 System and is also the first system in the Southern
China. The first Hospital Affiliated to ZhongShan University is one
of more than ten constitutions in China disposing the similar system. In order to congratulate the EnSite 3000 System into operation and conduct exchange experience, The First Hospital Affiliated to ZhongShan University and Mastech specially invited Prof. Cao KeJiang, famous EP expert from the First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University to deliver an academic report. The First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University is the first constitution in disposal of an advanced system, Prof. Cao said ,on the basis of performing traditional EP recording analyses ,the system can display three dimensional anatomy and electric activation procedure . The EnSite 3000 System can provide safe and effective treatment method for something which is difficult to be mapped and navigated by other EP systems such as some atrial tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, difficult and complicated cases, arrhythmia and patients suffering by lifeblood dynamics. During the consultation of doctors, Prof. Cao delivered an interesting report "New Progress in Treating Atrial Fibrillation". He and other EP experts of The First Hospital performed Live Demo. Some atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia cases, difficult and complicated diseases, have been operated. The meeting and operation succeeded competetly. The EnSite 3000 Mapping System coming into successful operation marks that the clinical level of Heart EP has leaped on upstairs, bringing Gospel to large patients. |
